This book is fascinating.  It kept my attention from the first page until the last.  I cannot stress enough how strongly I feel that this book and the author’s last book, The Harbinger, are on your immediate reading list.  Read it, then pass it along to friends, family, co-workers.

Last year, I read The Harbinger by Jonathan Cahn. Were I given the chance, I would have given that book 10 stars. I also would have to give The Mystery of the Shemitah 10 stars as well. While this book could be seen as a sequel to The Harbinger, it is not. Perhaps you could call it a “continuation” of the teachings laid down in The Harbinger? That’s up to you to decide.

The intricate research laid out in the book regarding the Hebrew calendar, the Sabbath of Years, Shemitah Year (the 7th year), and the judgments is truly amazing.  Mr. Cahn is a truly gifted writer as he brings together facts from centuries and decades past and ties them to the state of our country today, the Shemitah’s past, those yet to come, the likely judgments and America’s hope for her future.

Whether you are a believer or not, this book will certainly give you something to think about.
