The Holy Land Key: Unlocking End-Times Prophecy Through the Lives of God’s People in Israel by Ray Bentley is quite an interesting book. Right from the beginning it is filled with intriguing personal stories about key players in present-day Israel. With all that is going in Israel daily, it is through these personal accounts, we get a glimpse of Israel – then and now.
Throughout this book the author explores with us the little-known aspects of the End-Time prophecies. The author’s does a wonderful job at detailing the Feasts of the Lord, prophetic patterns that are found in the lunar cycle, an indication of God’s future kingdom as it is revealed in the stories of figures from the Scriptures.
What this book is not, is a book that renews familiar debates over the prophetic time lines, or another translation of John’s Revelation and there is not mention, nor debate, about who are the likely names of the Antichrist.
As the author states in the Introduction: “Paul wrote in Romans 1 that we are without excuse if we fail to see God and His character in the signs that are clear in His creation. God has left signs for us in more places that we can image. It would be a mistake to ignore any of them.” This book unlocks those signs.
