This book is an amazing story of a life. Specifically the life of Dave Bell… who at a young age was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer. This book chronicles the story of that journey as the author reflects on it ten years later.

From receiving the unthinkable diagnosis, through the surgery, to facing the facts about his future – if there is to be one – all the way through amazing miracles to where he is today, this story truly blessed me over and over.

In addition, we also receive the Life Out Loud Guide at the end of each chapter that encourages the read to: Think, Read, Pray and Live Out Loud and encourages the reader to make the most of the rest of their life and work thorough this book to turn up the volume of your life.

I especially enjoyed the manner in which Mr. Bell interacts with the reader. He has an easy style in his writing… at times, it is raw and honest… at other times… it is funny to the point that I am giggling. To be able to tackle such a difficult subject and yet to be able to bless the reader at the same time is a real gift that Mr. Bell possesses. Thank you for sharing your story with us… we are the better for receiving it.
