 I get it, I really do. Yes, in the world it seems everyone is searching for some way to “set themselves apart”. Yet all the while… all seeming the same.

But, for God’s children, being set apart is oh so much different than what the world is seeking. In this book, the author walks us through just how we are set apart by the King… Set Apart to be Holy. With biblical teachings and practical tools, Ms. Calvert brings the good news that we are called to be Set Apart from this world. She uses her skills to take us through – What holiness really means, Identifying obstacles keeping us from being set apart, Practical tools we need to cultivate the Holiness we are called to and How to walk out who God already declares you to be.

This is the first book I have read by Ms. Calvert, and I thoroughly enjoyed her book. Her wit and sense of humor were delightful. I will truly say, this is not a “once and done” read and move on. This book requires reading, rereading, reflecting and deep study. Thank you, Ms. Calvert, for the opportunity to read this book.

This is not the first book I have read by this author, and just as with the other I have read, it did not disappoint. Throughout this book, the author relates and teaches the reader with her real life, world-wide experiences as a Spiritual Warrior. Ms. Eivaz speaks and writes with Kingdom authority and wisdom on this often hush-hush subject within the walls of many churches.

To Intercessors and Prayer Warriors, this is a deep and insightful must read. I highly recommend become more than a read-once… study it well.

I bought a book a couple of months ago, “Don’t Give the Enemy a Seat at Your Table” by Louie Giglio. I was intrigued by the title and the back cover description as it was in line with the book that I had recently published. https://titus345.com/my-books-2/Who-do-you-think-you-are/

My original intent was to have this book as my summer study. I mean seriously ten chapters – 194 pages, just the right size for a summer study.
Oh my… was I wrong. This book has taken me through the summer and just into the fall to get through it all. It is so jam-packed with simple, yet such profound wisdom… so much needed in my life that I found myself reading and rereading the same pages… and some paragraphs. I found my thinking in these pages.

This little book has been sitting on my TBR pile for quite some time. I do wish I hadn’t waited so long to read it! While it is only 51 pages long, it took me more than a week to read and digest everything I was reading.
It is packed full of truth, biblical truth! Truth that is so much needed in this often times upside-down world we find ourselves in today. These are truths that must be preached from the Church pulpits, by Pastors and Clergy unafraid and unashamed of the Gospel of Christ.

This is the first book that I have read by this author. I found myself enthralled with his ability to paint such vivid scenes with his words. I found myself reading and re-reading the same day over and over again. I found myself in his plain straight-forward word pictures bringing to the fore that which is ugly, detestable, and foul. I found myself starting up at the Cross and simply asking myself, why would He do that… for me?

This is a captivating book by Dr. Jeremiah about the soon-coming rapture of the Church. With impeccable research over several decades, the author brings to the forefront the questions so many have based on solid biblical truths.

Who will be raptured? When will it happen? What about the children? What happens to non-believers left behind, what will Heaven be like, and so many more answers to the questions.

Are you sure you are ready? You can be. This is a must-read book.

Kingdom Authority

Throughout this book, Pastor Tony Evans shows us about how satan’s priority is to derail the blessings and purpose of the believer. Satan and his demon can bring disruption to your life to such a level that you end up broken and beat down… unable to carry out the destiny God has in store for you.

Contrary to popular belief, satan cannot be defeated by thinking good thoughts and speaking positive affirmations. The only way to defeat satan and his disruptive power is through the authority we have through the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the Cross.

In this powerful book, Pastor Evans walks us through reclaiming what the enemy has stolen and fix what has broken in our lives and situations and learn to walk in Kingdom Authority.

This is a powerful book and definitely will go to my “read again” stack.

God Is Able

This is a wonderfully written book by Priscilla Schirer.  It was originally written 10 years ago but is now being all these years later. Based on Ephesians 3:20-21, the author takes up through it one word, or just one phrase at a time as she relates it back to her own life; witnessing and sharing God’s hand on her life and that of her family as she shares her joys and pains, and triumphs and losses.

As the author states, “I didn’t need to get past what I’d written, as if my real life had outmatched it; I just needed to get back in touch with what I’d written…. Saying and believing “God is able” is not a spiritual smokescreen intended to keep us from dealing with life’s hard reality. It is instead the bedrock truth that gives us the hope and strength we need for facing reality.”

I truly enjoyed this book as Ms. Shirer openly takes us into her life, with all its ups and downs, and shares her deep truths and what she’s learned after reflecting over 10 years. I couldn’t help but feel, as I was reading, that her talent as a gifted writer and down-to-earth relatability, it was like sitting down across from her and hearing her retell her stories firsthand.
