I purchased this book as an addition to my own personal study on Prayer. And I am glad that I did. This is a great book that will help the read to develop their personal prayer life and bring it to a vibrant and effective level.

There are several sections to the book. Included are chapters on the ultimate purpose of prayer, the types of prayer, the postures of prayer, the locks of prayer, the keys of prayer and much more. Other sections include: the Word of God, the will of God, praying offensively, praying preemptively, praying defensively… and a dozen or more chapters too numerous to list here.

If you want to dig deeper and bring your own personal prayer time to an entire new level, this book is the resource for you. If you want to develop your existing church prayer ministry, this is the resource for you. If you are looking for the how-to’s of starting a church prayer ministry, this is the resource for that too.

This book was inspired by the upcoming Kendrick’s brother’s movie “War Room” which is scheduled in fall 2015. I am a fan of other movies by this dynamic and Godly team, I am very much looking forward to this movie!
